Research-grade Nano-capacitance Displacement Sensor Measurement System
A typical capacitive displacement sensor measurement system mainly consists of two major parts:

1. Probe:
Forms a variable capacitor with the object being measured (which must be a conductor or have a metallized surface).
Changes in distance directly cause changes in the capacitance between the probe and the object.
2. Controller:
Provides a stable excitation source,
Enables precise capacitance-to-voltage conversion,
Outputs standard analog signals (voltage or current) as well as digital signals (such as RS422, USB, Ethernet, etc.) for use by data acquisition cards, PLCs, or computers.
