Distance of travel refers to the maximum displacement value of the nanometer displacement platform when the indexes are guaranteed.
Resolution ratio refers to the range of shaking of the nanometer displacement platform when the control instruction remains unchanged. Related data are based on RMS (root-mean-square) and shall rely on the sensor noise, the drive noise and so forth.

Resonant frequency refers to the first resonant frequency of the nanometer displacement system, which depends on the rigidity of the nanometer displacement platform and the loaded weight. The higher the loaded weight, the lower the system’s resonant frequency and the lower the available bandwidth.
