It has accumulated a large number of theoretical achievements and technical achievements in the independent intellectual property production capacity and high-precision control of a complete set of nano-displacement platform technology.
It has a research and development site covering an area of 1000 square meters of ultra-precision capacitive displacement sensors, and has set up a special research center. On the R&D equipment, the company introduced the whole line of equipment to support product development and innovation; in terms of software, it has some high-precision software; in the early stage, it has achieved preliminary results in terms of products, R&D technology and intellectual property.
