The three-in-one controller has a variety of external communication methods. The commonly used method is to control the displacement of the nano-stage by BNC analog signal (-10V~10V). The internal software of Sanying controller realizes closed-loop control based on PID algorithm and notch filter, and integrates waveform generators of sine wave, square wave and triangle wave.
